EFT for Self Help Training Level 1

EFT Level 1 - Self Help Training*

This course uses the syllabus from, and is acredited by The EFT & Mindfulness Centre

Due to Covid 19 restrictions and for your safety, all Be Amazing Training courses are currently online and will be conducted on Zoom and recorded. It will be formal learning environment, in small groups, but highly student centred, with a mix of content delivery, demonstrations, pair and group work supported by a qualified pracitioner and time for self reflection. 

As the day prgresses we will cover the basics of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) including where to tap, what to tap on and how to use EFT for self help.

Course content (including but not limited to);

• How to tap and where
• How to use SUDs Level
• EFT for Physical Symptoms
• EFT for Phobias
• EFT for Addictions and cravings
• Borrowing benifits

When you have completed the one day Level 1 course you will recieve a Certificate of Attendance and then move onto a Level 2 course which will allow you to become a acredited and insured EFT Practitioner.

*Please note that this course does not allow you to practice on others.
