About the event
This training will run in peron in the stunning Croatian countryside, EFT Foundationn Level 1 and Intermediate Level 2 is over three days, Thursday, Friday & Saturday. The course content is below;
It will be formal learning environment, in small groups, but highly student centred, with a mix of content delivery, demonstrations, pair and group work supported by a qualified pracitioner and time for self reflection.
EFT Level 1 Foundation - Self Help Training**
This course uses the syllabus from, and is acredited by The EFT & Mindfulness Centre
As the course progresses we will cover the basics of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) including where to tap, what to tap on and how to use EFT for self help.
