Developing a growth mindset changes the way you approach life. Instead of seeing your abilities as fixed i.e. you've either got it or you don’t, you realise that everything in life can be learned.

Starting your journey of growth means letting go of the limiting beliefs that hold you back and tapping into new ones. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) works by tapping on 9 Meridian Points located around your body, changing the flow of energy and clearing the mental and emotional blockages to success.

  1. Take three deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth

  2. Focus on one change you would like to make in your life.

  3. Set-up by tapping on the side of your hand (karate chop point) and repeating ‘today I release the belief that I am (insert limiting belief) in order to achieve (insert change)

  4. Tap on the remaining 14 points repeating RELEASE

    • Top of the head

    • Eyebrow

    • Side of the eye

    • Under the eye

    • Under the nose

    • Chin

    • Collarbone

    • Under the arm

    • Wrist

    • Each finger in turn

Developing a growth mindset with EFT results in a core belief that you’re capable of achieving anything you set your mind to. You might stumble from time to time, but you never stop learning which only leads to continued success.
