Life can be demanding. Sometimes it all feels like there’s just too much to deal with to be able to forge ahead with what you want to – even though you have the capability something keeps stopping you from moving forward. Sound familiar?

This hits especially hard at the dawn of the New Year ... Some how we are meant to have all of our ducks in a row and know where we are headed and what we want to achieve; all within the first few hours of the clock striking midnight! It seems like everyone else has everything under control and are smashing their resolutions! FYI - They dont!

That awful feeling you have is overwhelm, and you are not alone.

Granted, sometimes there are tangible barriers to our work which could range from tech problems, production/ supply chain issues to sick days/ emergency school meetings and any number of other problems in between. It’s how we cope with it all that makes the difference.

The likelihood is that, even if you balance all your responsibilities well, you have experienced overwhelm at some time or another and there is such a simple, yet very effective way to help you through these times, see more clearly, and manage yourself, your workload and daily responsibilities with *aplomb.

EFT is such that you can use it every day or when things are getting too much or even in emergencies, and using it in a combination of circumstances is bound to give you the upper hand over so many factors in your life, and overwhelm is particularly well-managed by it, allowing you to see that this mountain in front of you can easily be broken down into small steps and breaks and before you know it you’re at the top.

But maybe you need some community, some business support from an experience teacher, trainer mentor and coach?

The Holistic Business Club is here to build your confidence as a holistic practitioner spiritual business owner, then support you to lay rock solid foundations to grow your business on!
